Some helpful details for us to know about:
– the number of visitors, age, interests, etc.
– activities you are interested in while visiting
– dates of your visit, and whether you are a bit flexible or not
– anything else we might be able to assist you in planning 

Rental rates:
Spring: $1295 per week. May 16 to June 15.  $150 each additional night longer than one week. $600 for three nights.
Summer: $2195 per week. June 16 to September 15. $300 each additional night longer than one week.
Fall: $1295 per week. September 16 to October 15. $150 each additional night longer than one week. $600 for three nights.
Winter: $995 per week. October 16 to December 19, and January 5 to May 15.  $100 each additional night longer than one week.
Holidays: $1895 per week. December 20 to January 4. One week minimum.

Monthly: October through May, available for monthly rentals. $2500 per month. 

Tax: 7% tax on all rentals less than 30 nights.
